Faraday's effect

Made me so damned tired, everyday have to type report and research dunno what Zeeman effect. Jesus, enough of electron orbitals and energy gaps!

Just finished typing my report, it sounds damned intellectual when its not and it even talks about pupil dilation as an error source. Haha, Beng should know about that!

Basically this semester seems to be quite packed for me, haven't had dinner at home for a long time already! But strangely, I haven't really been missing it. I really hope this momentum can be carried on (conservation of general momentum) hur hur...

Its a wrap!

Argh..

Basically the last week (this was supposed to be a National Day blog), I've been working as a general helper for the Singapore open shooting championships. So much stuff to blog about.. don't even know where to start..

The wiry issue..

We worked at score-takers at the shotgun range and for the skeet event, the referee will have to walk around with a hand-held wired remote that activates the skeet 'house' to shoot out a clay pigeon. So the problem came when the referee has to walk all around the range and the wire would get tangled up IF the referee zig-zagged in between the range's pillars.

Well in my opinion, this type of thing is really very simple, just that I kept quiet but JK did not so he politely suggested to the referee that perhaps he might want to stick with walking in front or behind the pillars, but not both at the same time. Which kind of got us into a "pep talk" from TP, the overall IC (OIC) for the general helpers.

As we both agreed, its a waste that people like TP don't sign on in the army because he's so bleddy kanchiong spider.

TP: "No matter what, he's still the referee and because he's a nice guy, that's why he didn't say anything. If its other refs, he sure 'kan' you upside down."

How stupid can you get man, this type of thing is called initiative and JK tried to convince him that suggesting this to the referee would only make everyone's life easier but he 'eh xi' refuse to listen to us. Duh! Stuff like we are here as general helpers and we're being paid to help etc etc.. really dumb shit in my opinion.

Even if kena fuck by ref, I always have the option to just go home lor.. like this is a permanent job.. anyway JK made a good point about the job being a short 6 days assignment and it wouldn't be worth making an enemy over this type of crap. Couldn't agree more about that!

Oh btw, happy belated birthday Buddy (I wished you already though :p)
