Physical training.. yahoo!

Eh to celebrate my pathetic results, I went for a long run. Haven't done that in a long while, and I ran right after work. Somehow my legs managed to support my body alright lah..

Ran for about 13 minutes moderate pace with majority downslopes towards Jln Pakis from my home towards BKE where I stopped just before BKE. I would have loved to go on and made a big round ie: making a loop at Bkt Panjang/CCK exit. Guess nobody knows what the hell I'm talking about anyway.. wtf~

I ran until I could squeeze out sweat from my singlet wahaha! Could it get any more graphic than that? Anyway these sights were common back in the good ol' 42 SAR. Anyway I ran back to Jln Pakis, took a slow jog towards my 'track' and proceeded to do some 'circuit training'. This basically involved running on the road in 1 direction at quite a high speed and running back at a slower pace to recover a little bit. I was totally drained for the 2nd set so I ended up doing some calistenics.

Which consisted of the standard 20-50 and I added in 10 burpese(s) for good measure. It was incredible that I made it back home with my legs intact..

Had a bunk outing with the guys today. It was fun although you could sense that we had lost touch, moments of awkward silences and nobody saying anything. Ok la granted it wasn't exactly that bad, maybe Dr Lee and me were a lil' tired. Him from his hectic dentistry schedule, me with driving a van. Hehe, Henry seems to have gained some weight (must have been the beer that pwn3d him!) Got to test-sit in the Corolla Altis thanks to Beng and Yeing! Quite a fun experience haha, Beng's driving was very fast and smooth except when he needed to change lanes or turn. Well, I'm a new fan of VVT-i engines now, perfect for city driving! Thanks again buddy!
