Alright I'm in the mood to CRUSH all those with CAP > 4 right now.. haha! Joking...
Just had my first "pong pong" of 2004 I guess now is a good time to look back at 2003. Its been a long year and a memorable one....

The start of 2003 was celebrated at Sentosa with lots and lotsa people partying around. Among the big activities in 2003, when I was still serving my National Service...
LRI - Logistics Readiness Inspection. Had a not so wonderful but memorable time doing lots of work inside 42's signal store together with platoon-mates like PC, Weiming, Alan, Chin, Chew, Beng, Henry basically almost everyone. Its always shit that bonds the men closer together...
Wargames - Well basically an exercise that is more of a simulation to test commanders' abilities. Had loads of free time at the wargame center, I read lots of books, sent lots of SMS, ate lots of canteen food. I also came to discover the very selfless side of LCP Tan Chee Heng, the "picture boy". Credit must also be given to Sgt. Jonathan too.. I admire his working attitude very much.
PA Larenius camp - I went for an orientation camp conducted by NUS Political Association where I made many friends, had lots of fun(kinky), took lots of photos and learned a lot about the lifestyle of varsity undergraduates. I also met a certain someone but until now I guess I still have a very vague impression of her.
ORD - Operationally Ready Date. Well after plucking my wisdom teeth ( 2 of the 4 of them) and clearing lots and lots of my leave and off days, I went back to camp and collected my precious, beloved, much adored and missed pink IC in perhaps can only be described as ... one of the most unfashionable manners possible. No big hoohaa, no buffet, no COC parade, no BX/AMX13/M113 saluting me for my 2 1/2 years of service. Oh well...
Matriculation - Just another day that marked the start of my undergoing as a freshman in NUS. Nothing happened much just that I was kinda shocked to see so many girls in Science.
Exams - I had one of the shortest, most tightly packed timetables around for my exams. Five exams in four days and I guess the hectic schedule really did take its toll on me on the last day of the exams.. I couldn't sit very still and was very very uncomfortable during the last paper.
Hmnn what else... maybe other events would include Henry's departure to the USA.. the birthday... my birthday... guess that's about it. I've had a great year, not many asthma attacks, still alive and kickin' and bitchin', and yeah I got all my modules.. :)

Have a blessed 2004 folks, be it in monetary terms, health, love, studies...
Lastly I just wanted to comment that on channel 5 just now, this star search finalist when asked what her New Year wish was....

"yay!!! World peace!! No War!!!"

I laughed my guts out but well she's pretty :) I mean no offence at all though.. hehe. Oh I must add another resolution, ... try to learn basic spanish so I can travel there next time!
